Jenae Bell is a self-taught visual artist based in Dominica known for her illustrative works that draw inspiration from her surroundings and personal experiences. She serves as the Creative Director of Soundwave, a music festival fusing Caribbean culture and EDM, and is the Vice President of the Waitukubuli Artist Association, where she advocates for the arts and artists in Dominica. Jenae is also a published illustrator with four books to her name, including two coloring books, a comic book, and an activity book, showcasing her versatility and passion for storytelling through visual art.

She has exhibited and sold her work in prominent venues such as the Fort Young Art Gallery, and the Old Mill Cultural Center making a name for herself as a pioneering digital artist in Dominica.
